Lost files on External Drive

I now have a vault on an external drive containing information I need that can no longer be accessed. Hider crashes when the drive is connected but launches fine when it’s disconnected. I’ve contacted support but after a week, I still haven’t received a reply.

Hider is a good concept, but it’s too risky for hiding things you really want to keep. If you’re okay with losing files that you hide, then it’s probably a great solution.
